Piano Starter - what key to press and why?

Hey,

in my video two days ago I explained how to create scales using the piano roll. Today I want to show you how to use this knowledge to play your MIDI keyboard or piano by hand.

If you can't play, there are several problems you have to overcome. You don't know how to hold your fingers, which keys to press or are allowed to press and you don't have the experience and the dexterity to move your hands rhythmically.

If you now use the trick with the white cups or the black keys, you have at least an approximate idea where you can put your hands down and which keys you can press to stay in the key.

If you want to switch to other keys that don't fit into the white keys and black keys grid, you can use the tool of "Note Pitch Shifter" Device by Bitwig. Now you can play with the white keys, but transpose Pitch Shifter to another key with Note Pitch.

Hallo,
