Stereo Boy & Grain Reverb for Bitwig 3 - wider and thicker sounds

Hey,

I have created two new devices for Bitwig Studio 3.0: Stereo-Boy is a Delay/Smear/Pitch Modulation tool to make sounds appear wider than they really are.

Grain-Reverb adds several new voices to the sound with Pitch Shifters. Each voice has its own texture and reverb to enhance the sound.
